Smoking as well as vaping are prohibited inside the property. Smoke detectors are installed in all areas.
Cleaning service hours: 09:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Welcome hours: 10:00 am to 20:00 pm / Availability for self-check-in procedure via Bluetooth or magnetic card.
Quiet hours:
– Winter season, October 1st to March 31st, from 15:30 to 17:30 and 22:00 to 07:30 am.
– Summer season, April 1st to September 30th, from 15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00 am.
No party or bachelor festivities allowed in our premises.
Surveillance cameras are installed in all common areas for security reasons.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
For cancellations made within 7 days, or in the event of a no-show, the whole stay amount will apply.
For promotion rates, please check the policies mentioned upon your reservation.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, parents and guardians remain fully responsible for supervising their children and ensuring considerate behavior throughout the stay.
Guests who book more than two suites or apartments are required to pay the full reservation value in advance.
For cancellations or changes up to 20 days before the date of arrival, no charges are applied.
Cancellations or changes less than 20 days before the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the canceled reservation value.
No shows will be charged at 100% of the cancelled reservation value.
