Cleaning service hours: 09:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Welcome hours: 10:00 am to 20:00 pm / Availability for self-check-in procedure via Bluetooth or magnetic card.
Quiet hours:
– Winter season, October 1st to March 31st, from 15:30 to 17:30 and 22:00 to 07:30 am.
β Summer season, April 1st to September 30th, from 15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00 am.
No party or bachelor festivities allowed in our premises.
Surveillance cameras are installed in all common areas for security reasons.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
For cancellations made within 7 days, or in the event of a no-show, the whole stay amount will apply.

Cancellations or changes less than 20 days before the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the canceled reservation value.
No shows will be charged at 100% of the cancelled reservation value.
